In a ruling late Sunday a judge ordered Camille Cosby, the wife of Bill Cosby, to go ahead with a deposition scheduled for today, Feb. 22, in Springfield, Mass., in a defamation lawsuit filed by seven women accusing the comedian of sexual assault, the AP reports.

“Camille Cosby is scheduled to be questioned by a lawyer for the women at the Springfield Marriott,” the AP reports. “It is believed to be the first deposition Camille Cosby has given since dozens of women went public with allegations of sexual misconduct against her husband.”

Attorneys for the Cosbys attempted to quash the depostion, arguing that Camille Cosby has no information on the accusers’ claims and that conversations between the couple are confidential.
