SAG Awards: ‘Downton Abbey,’ ‘House of Cards’ Among the TV Winners — Here Are All the Winners and Nominees in TV and Film

The Screen Actors Guild awarded its honors for 2016 in a ceremony held at the Shrine Auditorium Saturday in Los Angeles. A win for “Spotlight” for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture anointed the movie as one of the early favorites for the Oscars.

In the TV categories, Kevin Spacey won Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series for “House of Cards,” with Viola Davis taking Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series for “How to Get Away with Murder.”

Top acting honors in the comedy categories for TV went to Jeffrey Tambor for “Transparent” and Uzo Aduba for “Orange Is the New Black.”
