NBC released details on its lineup for the Summer Olympics in Rio, with Al Michaels, Dan Patrick, Rebecca Lowe, Liam McHugh and Carolyn Manno announced as hosts for coverage of the Games of the XXXI Olympiad. The Opening Ceremony is set for Friday, Aug. 5.

The new lineup additions join Bob Costas, who will be NBC’s prime-time Olympics host for the 11th time, and Ryan Seacrest, who will host NBC’s late-night show from Rio.

Said Jim Bell, Executive Producer, NBC Olympics: “This is flat-out the strongest group of hosts we’ve ever had at an Olympics and they will expertly guide viewers through the events, telling the stories of the athletes and providing the right context at every turn.”
