Comedy Central’s venerable animated hit “South Park” premieres its 20th season tonight, Wednesday, Sept. 14, and in honor of the occasion, the show’s creators, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, gave the lowdown on the show in a live appearance hosted by the Paley Center.
Besides 20 seasons, another number that circulated at the event, where Viacom’s Doug Herzog interviewed Parker and Stone, was 102 — the number of times they’ve killed Kenny on the show. Not all that bad, considering that the show has produced 267 episodes.
Other numbers revealed include the number of characters, fights, celebrities, anal probes, Cartman on the toilet scenes and Randy arrests on the show, along with the number of times Stan has thrown up.
