The Major League Baseball postseason has already produced its share of drama and terrific performances in two wild card games, and today the sport begins its round of divisional playoff series — with one game already under way, as the Blue Jays and Rangers square off in their ALDS opener.
The other ALDS series opens later today, with the Red Sox and Indians due to get under way at 8 p.m. ET. Both ALDS series are on TBS, with the Blue Jays-Rangers series also on SportsNet.
The National League gets rolling Friday, when all four MLB series will be in action, including the NL’s Dodgers-Nationals opener and Giants-Cubs opener.
TVWeek has posted the full slate of games, including their broadcast schedules, for this round, with the schedule for the NLCS and ALCS hanging in the balance. The American League Championship Series gets under way Friday, Oct. 14, followed by the National League Championship Series opener on Saturday, Oct. 15.
The World Series is set to begin Tuesday, Oct. 25.
