Michael Moore, the filmmaker behind politically charged efforts such as “Bowling for Columbine” and “Fahrenheit 9/11,” is putting the finishing touches on an “October Surprise” that is apparently aimed at the presidential election.

Moore tweeted Monday night: “What’s this? Something is cooking! Final night in the “kitchen.” #OctoberSurprise.”

Deadline.com reports that the surprise is “Michael Moore in TrumpLand,” a movie about the GOP candidate that Moore is distributing himself. The report notes that the film is set to premiere tonight at New York’s IFC Center.

“He literally just hired a publicist who is figuring out last minute press screenings in Los Angeles and New York,” Deadline reports. “In addition to a New York and Los Angeles run this weekend, ‘Michael Moore in TrumpLand’ will also be available on iTunes.”

The report quotes this synopsis for the movie: “See the film Ohio Republicans tried to shut down. Oscar-winner Michael Moore dives right into hostile territory with his daring and hilarious one-man show, deep in the heart of TrumpLand in the weeks before the 2016 election.”
