“Following Kim Kardashian West’s robbery at gunpoint in Paris, production on ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ has been shut down,” reports Elizabeth Wagmeister in Variety.

The story adds, “When asked if cameras were rolling in Paris around the time of the robbery, E! declined to comment.” E! is the network that airs the show.

A spokesperson for E! told Variety, “Kim’s well-being is our core focus right now. No decision has been made as to when production will resume.”

As previously reported, Kim Kardashian was robbed on Sunday, Oct. 2, 2016.

The story notes, “‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ returns on Oct. 23 with the back half of Season 12 — as of now, that premiere date will not be moved, in light of production temporarily stopping.”

  1. At least SOMETHING good came out of this.

    • Yeah…maybe those millennials who watch that program will now think about voting rather than watching brain dead television. You see every four years people go to a voting booth and……

  2. May production NEVER resume. I look at this show and others like Honey Boo Boo and Duck Dynasty to be the more benign side of the dumbing down of America, opening the door for the much less benign side, which we see on the national network news shows, hyping Trump.

  3. Along with the comments above, I add my similar thoughts. What a useless, time-wasting TV show…anyone who watches it has fewer brain cells than an amoeba.

May it go away and never return–along with all those other so-called “reality” shows.

  4. best thing I’ve ever heard!
