NBCUniversal and its owner Comcast have been hit with a lawsuit alleging age discrimination and wrongful termination, Deadline.com reports. The suit was filed Thursday in L.A. Superior Court by former E! Entertainment Talent Development and Casting Senior VP Blythe Asher.

Asher was reportedly let go by the company back in February.

The complaint, which Deadline says includes seven claims, reportedly says: “In 2016, for the first time during her employment with E! and after having battled cancer, Asher received a significantly lower performance evaluation.”

The complaint adds: “The lower rating incontestably coincided with her cancer diagnosis.”

The suit also reportedly says: “During plaintiff’s employment with defendants, defendants, through their supervisors, engaged in actions that had a negative impact on the treatment of employees who were more than 40 years old.”
