CBS News landed a big get this week with the announcement that it will air the first post-election interview with Donald Trump on Sunday’s “60 Minutes.”
“The interview, which is set to take place sometime on Friday in Trump’s gold-plated Manhattan residence, will be conducted by Lesley Stahl,” The Hollywood Reporter’s Live Feed reports. “It marks his first extensive post-election interview and follows a bit of a tradition for CBS’s venerable news show. President Barack Obama sat down with ’60 Minutes’ after both of his election victories.”
Trump family members including wife Melania and children Ivanka, Eric and Donald Jr. are expected to take part.
Good.
