Alec Baldwin offered some insights today into the Donald Trump impression he has been doing on NBC’s “Saturday Night Live.” The Hollywood Reporter quotes Baldwin saying: “I don’t hate Trump, but he’s not somebody I admire.”

Baldwin talked about the impression this morning on WNYC’s “Brian Lehrer Show.”

Baldwin said he spent some time getting the character right.

“You just watch him and try to see him, like a caricaturist who draws,” Baldwin said. “This is an exaggeration. I almost sprained my jaw pushing my lower jaw forward to talk the way he does.”
