New Program Reconstructs a Day That Has Lived in Infamy

A key turning point in the history of the United States and the world is the focus of a new program that premieres this weekend on Smithsonian Channel.

“The Lost Tapes: Pearl Harbor” reconstructs the events surrounding the Dec. 7, 1941, attack on Pearl Harbor that brought the U.S. into World War II.

The documentary premieres Sunday, Dec. 4, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Smithsonian Channel, with additional airings next week.
