Actor Scott Baio alleges in a police report that he was physically attacked at a school function he was attending with his daughter. TMZ.com reports that Baio, one of Donald Trump’s most high-profile celebrity supporters, says Nancy Mack, the wife of Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith, confronted him at the event Saturday in Thousand Oaks, Calif., and began berating him.

“We’re told Baio told cops he asked her to quiet down because kids were present, but Mack was undeterred, asking him how he could support a man who said, ‘Grab ’em by the p–sy.’ Baio claims she repeatedly screamed, ‘Grab ’em by the pussy,'” TMZ reports. “Baio asked Nancy to stop, but he claims she kept repeating the comment because she felt everyone needed to hear it, cause Trump used it. Baio told cops at that point Mack attacked him, grabbing him under his arms and then shaking and pushing him.”

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department, which is investigating the incident, reportedly said it was listing Mack as a battery suspect.
