Alec Baldwin Has a Suggestion for Trump

Alec Baldwin talked about his Trump impression, and the man the impression is based on, in an interview with Mario Lopez on “Extra.” Among other things, Baldwin said he may not be doing the impression much longer.

“The maliciousness of this White House has people worried … that’s why I’m not going to do it much longer, the impersonation — I don’t know how much more people can take,” Baldwin said.

He also suggested that it’s time for Trump to relax. “Trump just overwhelmingly lacks any sportsmanship. He remains bitter and angry, and you want to look at him and you want to go, ‘You won!,'” Baldwin said.

Baldwin also said of Trump: “His policies aside — which you can hate — I thought he would have just relaxed and said, ‘Hey man.’ … There’s a style that a president has to have, and I think the maliciousness of this White House has people very worried, which is why I might not do it much longer, that whole impersonation.”

  1. I guess Alex doesn’t consider the things said by various members of the press and the left, as well as some of the things on Saturday Night Live and most of the late night shows are not malicious?

    • One would think there’s a slightly higher standard for the President of the US than a bunch of comedians.

  2. Alex who?
