CNN confirmed today that it has signed a former senior adviser to Donald Trump to appear on the network. Variety reports that the cable channel signed Jason Miller as a contributor.
“Miller, formerly a senior communications director for the Trump campaign, had been appointed White House communications director, but decided not to take the job, citing family concerns,” Variety reports. “Miller made an appearance on CNN’s ‘Reliable Sources’ this past weekend.”
Variety adds: “CNN confirmed Miller’s appointment, which was mentioned during an internal meeting among staffers at the Time Warner-owned cable-news outlet on Wednesday.”
