CMT, which has been seeing its ratings grow consistently from a year ago, took the wraps off a summer lineup the cable network says is its biggest summer programming slate to date.

The network announced series renewals and premiere dates for “I Love Kellie Pickler” (season premiere Thursday, Aug. 3), “Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making The Team” (Aug. 3) and the digital series “NashChat” (midseason premiere Thursday, June 1).

“Nashville” has its midseason premiere Thursday, June 1, and “Still the King” returns with a new season Tuesday, July 11.

Other highlights include the “2017 CMT Music Awards” and “CMT Instant Jam: Brett Eldredge,” along with the first-ever outdoor “CMT Crossroads,” with Earth, Wind & Fire and Friends from downtown Nashville, and the broadcast premiere of “To Joey, With Love.”
