A comedy series that was canceled after just one season on cable is poised to resurface with a new season. But this time around, “Loosely Exactly Nicole,” which aired its first season on MTV, will be on Facebook, The Hollywood Reporter’s Live Feed reports.

The social media platform is close to a deal to present a second season of the Nicole Byer vehicle, which would be part of Facebook’s push to ramp up its original video programming.

“The news comes four months after the scripted comedy was canceled after one low-rated season on MTV,” THR reports. “Facebook and producers Jax Media declined comment.”

Facebook is expected to begin rolling out its video slate this summer.
