A “Saturday Night Live” cast member who was in Los Angeles for a high-profile gig over the weekend has accused the downtown L.A. Ritz-Carlton of racism.

Leslie Jones, who hosted the BET Awards Sunday night at the Microsoft Theater, took to Twitter on Monday to express her unhappiness with the nearby hotel.

Jones tweeted: “Wow was such a great night at the BET awards. But then had THE WORST STAY @RitzCarlton DO NOT STAY THERE!! THEY DONT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE!!”

Jones did not provide details on her problem with the hotel. The Ritz-Carlton replied on her Twitter account with a message saying: ‘We’re very sorry to hear this. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service to all. Please DM us & we’ll look into this right away.”

Other Twitter users were supportive of Jones, with one leaving a reply on her account saying: “We got that same feeling when we stayed in Vail w/them. Had a problem they refused to correct. A Gold @MarriottRewards member treated badly!”

  1. Is there anything she doesn’t consider to be racism?

We’ve heard it about so many things from her now, like why last summer’s Ghostbusters failed.

  2. Why not contact the company rather than jumping to twitter? That type of accusation is unfair to all the people, including LGBTQ, that work at these locations. Take your complaint to management and then jump on twitter if management doesn’t address your issue. But don’t paint everybody that works for any organization with one brush. Most people that work at these locations are hard working and want to please their guests.

  3. She is lazy…
