Showtime will keep the focus on bigtime boxing with two upcoming live programs, televising the heavyweight championship fight between Anthony Joshua and Kubrat Pulev on Saturday, Oct. 28, followed by the heavyweight title clash between Deontay Wilder and Luis Ortiz on Saturday, Nov. 4.

The telecasts on consecutive Saturdays close out what Showtime calls “a banner year of world-class boxing.” The pay-cable network notes that it is wrapping up “a robust 2017 boxing campaign that will have featured 22 world championship fights, 16 bouts matching fellow undefeated fighters, three world title unifications, three world title rematches and the emergence of three bright young stars (Errol Spence Jr., Gervonta Davis and David Benavidez) as they earned their first world titles.”
