Ann Curry Says Harassment Was Pervasive at NBC

Jan 17, 2018  •  Post A Comment

Former “Today” show co-anchor Ann Curry, whose exit from the show in 2012 was a PR disaster for NBC, discussed her time at the network during an appearance today on “CBS This Morning,” which you can watch below.

Curry spent much of the segment talking about sexual harassment at NBC, including saying she was not surprised to learn about the allegations that brought down her former colleague Matt Lauer.

Lauer is widely regarded to have played a role in Curry’s exit from “Today,” but Curry declined to point the finger when asked about that subject during today’s interview.

Soon after Curry’s interview aired, NBC announced a shakeup behind the camera’s at “Today,” with longtime Lauer ally Don Nash exiting his role as executive producer. Nash is being succeeded by Libby Leist, meaning all four hours of “Today” will now be overseen by women, as we reported separately.

  2. I found her to be a horrible interviewer. I was not sad when she left.

    • Haha you are an idiot.

  3. Bravo Ann Curry. Cool. Poised. Gracious. Eloquent. Thoughtful. Integrity personified. We can all stand to take a page from her book.

  4. How soon until she joined CBS News?
