One of the key players in History’s wildly successful “The Curse of Oak Island” is at it again. Marty Lagina, who has been reaping TV gold from his quest to find pirate gold — and maybe even the Holy Grail — on Nova Scotia’s Oak Island, is behind a new History series, “The Curse of Civil War Gold.”

The show’s six-episode initial season premieres Tuesday, March 6, on History. The cable channel says the story of a national treasure dating back to the Civil War is “an enigma that rivals Oak Island.”
