CNN is shuffling its prime-time and morning lineups, filling a slot in its prime-time lineup by bringing aboard Chris Cuomo from mornings and moving John Berman into Cuomo’s morning spot.

Cuomo’s new show, “Cuomo Prime Time,” will air at 9 p.m. ET weeknights, leading out from Anderson Cooper’s “AC360.”

CNN said the new Cuomo series, which had a test run earlier this year, will premiere in the spring. The network did not provide an exact date for the premiere of the program, which will feature coverage of breaking news along with analysis and newsmaker interviews.

CNN’s John Berman will take over Cuomo’s spot on the morning program “New Day,” co-anchoring with Alisyn Camerota.
