The problems continue for former CBS News and PBS personality Charlie Rose, who was sued today by three women who are accusing Rose of inappropriate touching and offensive comments, Reuters reports.

The sexual harassment lawsuit was filed in New York, and appears to be the first brought against the veteran TV newsman since he was fired by CBS last fall after allegations came out that Rose had harassed eight women, the story reports.

CBS News is also named as a defendant in the suit.

“The lawsuit came one day after the Washington Post published an investigative story that reported an additional 27 women, including 14 CBS News employees, had accused Rose of harassment,” Reuters notes. “The newspaper also reported that CBS managers were warned of Rose’s conduct at least three times over a period of 30 years.”
