Repercussions continue to play out between Donald Trump and NBC “Tonight Show” host Jimmy Fallon going back to when Trump appeared on Fallon’s show in September 2016 — the famous “hair-mussing” incident in the heat of the presidential election.
Fallon recently indicated he regretted his handling of the Trump interview, telling The Hollywood Reporter, “I made a mistake. I’m sorry if I made anyone mad. And, looking back, I would do it differently.”
Trump responded to Fallon’s confession Sunday night, tweeting: “@jimmyfallon is now whimpering to all that he did the famous ‘hair show’ with me (where he seriously messed up my hair), & that he would have now done it differently because it is said to have ‘humanized’ me-he is taking heat. He called & said ‘monster ratings.’ Be a man Jimmy!”
Fallon responded later Sunday, tweeting: “In honor of the President’s tweet I’ll be making a donation to RAICES in his name.”
RAICES is a non-profit group that provides legal aid to migrant families and is fighting Trump’s policies on family separation and deportation.

Oh, so Jimmy is now going to become political just to make sure that everyone knows that he is a Liberal giving to a Liberal cause. I really believe that Jimmy’s problem, other than alcohol, is his not remaining true to himself and his own instincts.
