After considering possible criminal charges against CBS Corp. Chairman Leslie Moonves, the District Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles County has decided not to pursue them, the AP reports.

The case involves an unidentified woman who worked in the TV industry who went to L.A. police in February to report three alleged incidents from 1986 and 1988.

The D.A.’s Office “was considering three possible criminal charges including two misdemeanors, battery and indecent exposure, and a felony, forced oral copulation, according to a charge evaluation worksheet,” the AP reports.

Prosecutors declined to pursue charges because the statutes of limitation have expired, according to the document.
