An actor who had a run on a popular daytime drama has been found guilty of child molestation. The New York Post’s Page Six reports that Corey Seth Sligh, 30, was convicted June 28 of one count of molesting a child younger than 10.

Sligh, who appeared on the CBS soap opera “The Young and the Restless,” was convicted in a felony case that reportedly involves a young girl. He faces five to 20 years in prison, according to the report.

The report cites Bill Bishop, chief assistant state attorney for Okaloosa County, Fla., who said Sligh still faces one count of lewd and lascivious molestation on another charge involving the same girl in Florida.

In addition to his run on “The Young and the Restless” in 2014, Sligh created and starred in the web series “All About Lizzie.”
