A new attraction at Disneyland will bring alcohol to the park for the first time since it opened in 1955. Fox Business reports that the California theme park’s Star Wars Land, due to open in summer 2019, will feature alcoholic beverages at Oga’s Cantina.
Inspired by the cantinas seen in “Star Wars: A New Hope” and “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” Oga’s will feature music and exotic drinks — both alcoholic and non-alcoholic — which will be served in various extraterrestrial vessels, the story reports.
“Alcohol has been available at Disney’s California Adventure, and is served in each of the four parks at Disney World in Florida,” Fox Business notes.
Following the opening of the new “Star Wars” attractions at Disneyland, similar attractions are scheduled to debut in late fall 2019 at Florida’s Disney World.
