During a discussion of the bullying controversy surrounding Gretchen Carlson and other leaders of the Miss America Organization, two former Miss America winners called for Carlson to resign as chairwoman of the pageant.

Miss America 1995, Heather Whitestone McCallum, and Miss America 1984, Suzette Charles, spoke in support of current Miss America Cara Mund during an appearance on NBC’s “Megyn Kelly Today.” Mund has said she has been bullied by the group’s leaders, as we reported previously.

Whitestone McCallum and Charles called for Carlson and other members of the organization’s leadership to resign.
