A TV show that is about to roll out its 22nd season will take over its network for eight days. Comedy Central announced plans to run more than 270 episodes of “South Park” back-to-back leading up to the show’s season 22 premiere on Sept. 26.
The marathon will start on Wednesday, Sept. 19 and will run continuously for 136 hours.
The programming event will take a few breaks, including for “The Daily Show with Trevor Noah” and “The Office,” which will continue to air from 11 p.m.-midnight. New episodes of “Tosh.0” and “The Jim Jefferies Show” will run in their regular timeslots on Tuesday, Sept. 25.
