Fifteen TV Stations Sold for $521 million

In an agreement announced today, 15 TV stations in 10 markets will be acquired by the E.W. Scripps Co. The deal is valued at $521 million, with the stations to be acquired from Cordillera Communications.

The deal, which is expected to close in the first quarter of 2019, includes stations in markets in Lexington, Ky., Colorado Springs, Colo., Lafayette, La., Santa Barbara-San Luis Obispo, Calif., and Corpus Christi, Texas, among others. Click here to see the full list of stations.
