Julia Louis-Dreyfus, a television comedy icon for her acclaimed work on “Seinfeld,” “Veep” and other projects, was honored Sunday with the Mark Twain Prize.

Louis-Dreyfus, 57, was the focus of praise from celebrities including Jerry Seinfeld and Tina Fey during the festivities at Washington’s Kennedy Center.
