Louis C.K., who has been getting backlash over his admitted sexual impropriety when he shows up unannounced to try out his stand-up act, made another surprise appearance this week. The New York Post’s Page Six reports that C.K. turned up Wednesday at the Comedy Cellar in New York, where a supportive Chris Rock was in the audience.

The report quotes a source who was at the club saying: “Louis came on last during the 9:30 p.m. show. Like 10 people walked out. One yelled a slur, something like ‘F - - k you’ or something. He just ignored it. A few more people walked out midway through, [but] they may have been waiting for their check.”

The source added that Rock “walked in when Louis was on and left right after. He was laughing at all of his jokes.”

The report notes that C.K. and Rock “have been associated since at least the ’90s, when C.K. worked on HBO’s ‘The Chris Rock Show’ for three years.”
