The documentary series “Shut Up and Dribble,” examining the increasingly political roles being assumed by NBA athletes, premieres Nov. 3 on Showtime, and the pay-cable channel today released the official trailer, which you can watch below.

The three-part series is narrated by sports journalist and commentator Jemele Hill, and features former NBA players, executives, journalists and pop-culture icons. The series is directed by Gotham Chopra and executive produced by LeBron James, Maverick Carter and Chopra.
