Clip From an Old TV Western Resurfaces Featuring a Conman Named ‘Trump’ Offering to Build a Wall

A clip from a TV Western from the ’50s has been getting a lot of attention since a clip surfaced in which a conman named “Trump” tries to raise money to build a wall. You can see a portion of the clip in a report below posted by CBS News.

The clip comes from the old Western series “Trackdown” starring Robert Culp, which aired for two seasons on CBS from 1957-1959. The episode is called “The End of the World,” and premiered on May 9, 1958.

The conman — Walter Trump — was played by Lawrence Dobkin. Dabbs Greer, Claudia Barrett and Richard Hale also appeared in the episode. Here’s a link to the full episode on YouTube.

  1. How can this possibly be real? Trump saw it when he was a kid and said, “one day I wanna be President, and buikd a wall around America to keep out bad hombres?
