CNN to Roll Out Two New Shows Focusing on Past Presidents

Two new programs that will premiere next month on CNN will spotlight the presidency of Richard M. Nixon and the political dynasty of the Bush family.

The channel announced today that “The Bush Years: Family, Duty, Power” will premiere Sunday, March 3, with “Tricky Dick” to premiere Sunday, March 10.

“The Bush Years” is narrated by Ed Harris and features interviews with Barbara Pierce Bush, Neil Bush, Dick Cheney, Colin Powell, Tony Blair, Jake Tapper, Van Jones and others. The six-part series will premiere with back-to-back episodes on March 3.

“Tricky Dick” tracks Richard Nixon’s life and times, from his early political maneuvers in California to the game-changing Kennedy-Nixon debates through Watergate, featuring never-before-seen footage. The four-part series will air regularly on Sunday nights.
