A report this month highlights passages in a book by the former executive editor of The New York Times that were allegedly plagiarized. The Feb. 10 report by CNN’s Brian Stelter includes an interview with Jill Abramson, whose book “Merchants of Truth” has been a lightning rod for controversy.
Abramson addresses the allegations under pressure from Stelter, admitting she made mistakes in how the book credits its sources. “There was no purposeful attempt to not credit someone’s work,” she tells Stelter.
