Cook County prosecutors outlined their case against Jussie Smollett, accusing the “Empire” actor of the Class 4 felony of disorderly conduct-false report, in a bond proffer, submitted Thursday, Feb. 21, 2019, during Smollett’s bail hearing. The proffer has since been posted online.

A pdf of the bond proffer can be found on the Scribd website. The document details how Smollett, working with brothers Abel and Ola Osundairo, allegedly orchestrated a fake attack on Smollett in the early-morning hours of Jan. 29.
