Dodgers attendance was down last year and they are losing a generation of fans. This is the fifth year that 70% of the LA market CANNOT watch Dodgers in TV, because of the incredible greed of Dodger ownership. They signed a multi-billion dollar TV contract with Time Warner (now Spectrum), that would have cost every other cable and satellite provider $10 per month PER SUBSCRIBER!! (not just the 2% of homes that watch Dodgers.) These other systems and their subscribers said NO to the Dodgers absurd price jump. The systems and DirecTV continue to not even miss the Dodgers, and the Dodgers flatly refuse to rework the Spectrum contract, choosing instead to grab the money and disregarding the longer-term consequences of losing a generation of fans.
