YouTube announced a slate of new and returning original series, and broke news with the announcement that it will make all of its new original series and specials free to watch with ads.

The lineup includes new seasons of “Cobra Kai” and “Kevin Hart: What The Fit”; a top secret project with Justin Bieber; new feature-length documentaries with Dude Perfect, Latin Superstar Maluma and Paris Hilton; expanded Lollapalooza livestream coverage; inaugural interactive series “A Heist with Markiplier”; and the new series “BookTube,” “Could You Survive the Movies” and “Retro Tech” with Marques Brownlee.

“For today’s viewers, prime time is personal and our content resonates so strongly due to the diversity and richness of our unmatched library and platform capabilities,” said Chief Business Officer Robert Kyncl. “While every other media company is building a paywall, we are headed in the opposite direction and now have more opportunities than ever to partner with advertisers and share our critically acclaimed originals with our global audience.”
