An upcoming drama series has a new showrunner with the announcement today of the hiring of Eliza Clark as writer, executive producer and showrunner on FX’s “Y.”

Clark will executive produce alongside Nina Jacobson, Brad Simpson, Brian K. Vaughan and Melina Matsoukas. The series is based on Vaughan’s comic book series “Y: The Last Man.”

Diane Lane leads an ensemble cast featuring Barry Keoghan, Imogen Poots, Lashana Lynch, Juliana Canfield, Marin Ireland and Amber Tamblyn.
