Programming Event Expands to Three Weeks and Two Networks

An upcoming programming event is expanding this year to three weeks and two networks, with the announcement today from National Geographic Channel that the seventh annual installment of its summer “SharkFest” event will run from Sunday, July 14, through Friday, Aug. 2.

In addition to Nat Geo, programming will run on Nat Geo Wild. The first week will run on Nat Geo, with Nat Geo Wild picking up the action starting Sunday, July 21.

“World’s Biggest Great White?” will be simulcast on the two networks on July 21.

Other highlights will include “When Sharks Attack,” “Cannibal Sharks,” “Great Shark Chow Down,” “Whale that Ate Jaws: Eye Witness Report” and “Forecast: Shark Attack.”
