“American Idol” host Ryan Seacrest has been hit with a lawsuit from former “America’s Next Top Model” contestant Kiara Belen. Deadline reports that the intrusion and negligence suit concerns nudity in the “Hava Nagila, Hava Tequila” episode of the Bravo series “Shahs of Sunset.”

Belen alleges in the suit that she was filmed in the nude for the 2017 episode without her consent. Her multi-claim complaint was filed last week in Los Angeles Superior Court.

In addition, Deadline quotes the 12-page filing stating: “Further, comments made by a cast member during the scenes in which Ms. Belen appears objectified Ms. Belen in an offensive way.” The incident apparently took place backstage at a 2016 LA Fashion Week runway show featuring “Shahs of Sunset” cast member Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi, Deadline reports noting that Belen was allegedly called a “bitch” by another cast member.

“In the ‘Hava Nagila, Hava Tequila’ episode of the unscripted well-heeled show, the ‘ANTM’ Cycle 19 runner-up was also captured on video changing in what she assumed was a ‘private dressing area’ as the Bravo series’ cameras swirled around,” Deadline adds.

The complaint is quoted stating: “The exposure of Ms. Belen’s nearly fully nude likeness is heightened due to the fact that at the time in which Ms. Belen was filmed while she was a few months pregnant with her daughter, and was dealing with the challenge of her body changing as a result, leading to a period of great insecurity.”

Ryan Seacrest Productions produced “Shahs of Sunset,” and Seacrest was an executive producer.

  1. um, she did not notice the camera, light & crew? If she was concerned with privacy, she should have gone behind something to assure privacy. As the saying goes, never assume, it only makes an ASS out of U & ME!
