One of the most outspoken of Harvey Weinstein’s accusers has filed a new lawsuit accusing Weinstein and two of his former attorneys of racketeering.

Actress Rose McGowan filed the suit Wednesday in Los Angeles, naming Weinstein and attorneys David Boies and Lisa Bloom, among others, as defendants. McGowan accuses the defendants of engaging in racketeering in their efforts to silence her and harm her career before she publicly accused Weinstein of rape.

The AP quotes McGowan’s attorneys saying in a statement that the defendants used unlawful tactics in “a sprawling smear campaign to defraud, malign, and marginalize McGowan.”

An attorney representing Bloom reportedly says there is no basis for the claims.
