ABC announced it will broadcast live re-creations of two classic sitcoms next month, with executive producers Norman Lear, Jimmy Kimmel, Brent Miller, Will Ferrell and Justin Theroux reuniting for the latest installment of “Live in Front of a Studio Audience.”

Produced by Sony Pictures Television, the holiday-inspired event will present episodes of “All in the Family” and “Good Times.”

Kerry Washington will join the team of executive producers for the program, scheduled to air Wednesday, Dec. 18.

The Emmy Award-winning “Live in Front of a Studio Audience” presented “All in the Family” and “The Jeffersons” last spring.
