Satellite Wars: DirecTV Files Suit Against Dish Multichannel News

The two biggest satellite television providers, DirecTV and Dish, are at war over commercials, reports Multichannel News.

DirecTV has filed a suit against Dish Network claiming false advertising in the Dish commercials. Dish Network's commercials say that for $39.99 a month, it can offer the same programming as DirecTV. DirecTV's suit claims that is misinformation.

DirecTV is asked for an order compelling Dish Network to pull the ads or correct the errors.
