Thank you for a great post

AS of July 1, 2010 Charter Cable lists the Hallmark channel number as 137 -Digital only. As a retiree I have to watch my expenses, so I don't subscribe to a Digital Box. I will sorely miss the Hallmark Channel and all the great programs they provide.

I, too, will miss the Hallmark channel. Frankly, without my favorite channel, I am considering just basic cable (no longer expanded). Why can't Charter leave well enough along???

I believe that my bill should be adjusted and discounted because Hallmark has been removed from my service.Reduceing services and charging more is no less than stealing.It's dishonest.
The release above made no sense. it sounded like it was written by a government employee.
I'll be looking for another provider because of this.

I really miss the Hallmark Channel. I am on a fixed income and have no budget for digital. Thanks for nothing Charter!! I know its all about money for them. I only have basic and now with out Hallmark,I dont even need basic.

I have been looking for the Hallmark Channel for a while now - didn't realize what happened and like Ms Urban I do not have digital(cannot afford to) - as with everything else, you cater to the only the rich. How sad.
