Comedy Central is teaming up with music superstar Kanye West for a new puppet project tentatively titled “Alligator Boots,” the Hollywood Reporter says. The show, which is described as “hip-hop meets the Muppets,” has already shot a half-hour pilot. The series, which could come to air in 2009, would feature music from West and Rhymefest, a fellow wrapper, the trade paper says. West also serves as host in the pilot with plans to have a different celebrity host in subsequent episodes.
