The Screen Actors Guild and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists may start talks with the studios as early as next Monday as the two unions are nearing a final bargaining proposal, Daily Variety reports. A joint board of the unions, whose contract with the studios expires June 30, is scheduled to meet Saturday to ratify a proposal, the newspaper says.
