The Alliance of Motion Picture & Television Producers has filed an unfair labor practices charge against the Writers Guild of America for naming 28 writers who resigned from the union during its strike earlier this year, Daily Variety reports. The WGA said it was appropriate to disclose the names of the writers and said it has not discouraged anyone from hiring a former member.
