PTC Urges CBS Affiliates to Cut ‘Dexter’

The Parents Television Council is pushing members to contact CBS-affiliated stations and ask them to preempt this Sunday’s episode of “Dexter,” Broadcasting & Cable reports. The two-hour season finale of the off-Showtime show, which features a serial killer-turned-detective, is set to air on CBS at 9 p.m. rather than its usual 10 p.m. slot. That would put the first hour in the family-friendly 8 p.m. timeslot in the Central and Mountain time zones, the newspaper notes.

  1. Here’s a novel idea..how about those people that object to Dexter not tune into CBS and then that leaves those of us who love the show still with the opportunity to view quality programming?

  2. I am so happy to read this. This is the kind of critical info that needs to be given and not the random misinformation that is at the other blogs. Nice one for this astounding information.

  3. Love all the opinions expressed here! How is everyone? Love how everyone expresses whatr they feel 🙂
