Nielsen Media Research has issued a nine-page letter to its clients detailing its plan for the digital TV transition, AdWeek reports. Nielsen assures that “most homes” in its audience rating sample will be equipped to receive digital signals by the Feb. 17 deadline, the newspaper says. Currently, TV sets not equipped for the digital transition make up 11.3% of Nielsen’s panel, the newspaper notes.
